Vaccines for Children Program (VFC)

The Vaccines for Children Program helps families by providing free vaccines to local health departments, clinics, and doctors who serve eligible children between the ages of birth through 18 years.

Eligibility Requirements:

• On Medicaid or Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program (KCHIP)
• Have no health insurance
• American Indian/Alaskan Native
• Have insurance that does not cover immunizations (under-insured)
